After a crazy season, we were able to get our hands on a small batch of the ever-popular Sapodilla, also called Nispero, Chico Fruit, Zapote, Zapotillo, and Tree Potato, which curiously, tastes nothing like a potato. As a matter of fact, comparing this fruit to a potato is our new apples and oranges.
